users should be able to access a settings page to customise their campfire experience.

not much needs to be provided in the client's early state, however a framework for easily accessing and applying client configuration would prove very useful in the future.

configurable options may include:

collapse similar notifications
"Post" button title
app theme (light, dark, custom, etc.)
wide view (sidebars docked to the screen edges - desktop only)
notification settings (see #19)
